🛒 Orders

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge:

  • You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • You understand that each product is made on demand, especially for you

💳 Payment

Payment is required at the time of order through the methods offered on the store (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Transactions are secure. Your payment information is never stored by Mirror of Souls.

📦 Shipping

For full details, see our Shipping Policy, but here’s the key info:

  • Made-to-order production: 2–7 business days

  • Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on your location

  • Tracking provided once your package is shipped

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please see our full Return Policy. In summary:

  • You have 30 days from receipt to request a return

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed

  • Certain products are not eligible (customized items, sale items, etc.)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🛑 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins quickly.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible at mos-clothing@protonmail.com — we’ll see what can be done depending on the production stage.
