But sometimes, there might be a glitch in the matrix — and that’s okay. We’re here to help if something goes wrong.

🌀 30 Days to Change Your Mind

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Never worn or washed

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

And don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase or receipt handy.

The return address will be provided at that time.
🛑 Please do not send anything without our confirmation: unannounced packages will not be accepted.

💔 Issue on Arrival?

If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong model, contact us as soon as possible (with a photo if you can).
We’ll carefully review it and take the necessary steps to make it right.

⚠️ What Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The easiest way if you want another size or model:

  • Return the original item after approval

  • Place a new order for the desired item on your side

This is faster and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.

🇪🇺 For Customers in Europe

In accordance with European Union regulations, you also have a 14-day withdrawal period without giving a reason.
Same conditions apply: the item must be intact, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if the refund is approved.
If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, email us at mos-clothing@protonmail.com — we’ll make sure you’re refunded.
